Parents have told us that they like to receive information about their child’s education from the school. So it is important to think about how you keep parents informed about Curriculum for Excellence.

A structured strategy for communication will ensure that accurate information is available to all parents. It is crucial that you understand your audience - in any school there will be parents with a wide range of interests, abilities and awareness. You may need to consider parents who have difficulties accessing information through the written word.
