Curriculum for Excellence offers a timely opportunity to review approaches to learning and teaching of languages. The curriculum review offers an opportunity to develop further learning and teaching experiences which are relevant and enjoyable. This will include making effective use of ICT to enhance teaching and learning and providing real-life contexts which motivate children and young people and help them to see a purpose to their language learning.
